In active development · building in public

One platform. Many sites. Built by a team of AI agents.

Sovereign web platform · multi-tenant · privacy-first · EU-hosted

AshaCore is a sovereign, multi-tenant web platform: one generic runtime powers any number of websites — from kindergarten to school. What's special is how it's built: a virtual company of specialised AI agents plans, builds, reviews and operates it — coordinated by a supervisor, on the cadence of a daily standup.

One runtime, many sites

One runtime turns into any number of tenant sites.

One system runs many isolated tenant sites — each with its own themeOn the left a runtime core of one backend and one frontend. It powers three mutually isolated accounts; each account holds an organisation and a site with its own domain, its own theme and its own content. One runtimeone backend · one frontendBackendFrontendone systemmany isolated tenantsAccountisolatedOrganisationSitedomain · theme · contentAccountisolatedOrganisationSitedomain · theme · contentAccountisolatedOrganisationSitedomain · theme · content

Two things at once

A platform — and the company that builds it.

The platform

One generic runtime, many tenants. Product = configuration, not code. A new website is a template plus data — not a new project.

The company of agents

Claude and Codex teams with clearly separated roles, a supervisor, daily standups. Software that organises itself — with guardrails.

The platform in three sentences

Multi-tenant, sovereign — and self-building.

01 — Multi-tenant

One app, any number of sites

Hard tenant isolation; a new site is configuration, not a new repository.

02 — Sovereign & privacy-first

EU hosting, not US trackers

System fonts instead of Google Fonts, no US trackers — privacy is enforced in the pipeline, not promised.

03 — Self-building

A company of agents

A company of agents plans, builds and reviews step by step — traceable, with quality gates before every commit.

How a new site comes to be

Four steps — not a new project.

  1. 01

    Pick a template

A ready template (kindergarten, primary school, school …) sets structure, roles and base content.

  2. 02

    Configure

Brand, colours, domain and scope are set as data — not as code.

  3. 03

    Add content

Text and blocks are edited as drafts and published, versioned, on approval.

  4. 04

    Go live

The site runs on the shared runtime — its own domain, its own theme, hard-isolated.

What we build on

Four claims we keep.

EU-hosted

Operated in the EU, on our own infrastructure — not a black box.

Privacy enforced in CI

A privacy scan blocks what doesn't fit — no Google Fonts, trackers or external CDNs.

Hard tenant isolation

One customer's data is technically separated from all others.

Building in public

Traceable from commit to live — versioned hand-offs instead of lost agreements.

Like a company, only of agents

Specialised roles, a supervisor, a daily cadence.

Architect · Project Manager · Orchestrator · Integrator · Inspector · Supervisor

A real site, live

leovino.de — the first tenant.

A website with its own brand theme, real content and its own domain — the first site to live on the shared platform. Proof that the model produces real sites.

Where we stand

Principles AshaCore decides by — and is built on.

01

Product = configuration, not code

Kindergarten, school, website are data plus a template, not custom code per customer.

02

Sovereignty is architecture

EU-hosted, self-operated, privacy enforced technically.

03

Tenants hard-isolated

One customer's data is technically separated from all others.

04

Quality is a gate, not a promise

Secret scan, privacy scan, lint, types, tests — green before every merge.

05

Agents with guardrails

The supervisor only routes. Everything outward-facing — deploy, production — stays with the human.

06

Building in public

Traceable from commit to live; versioned hand-offs instead of lost agreements.

Common questions

Answered briefly.

Do AI agents really build the platform?
Yes — specialised agents plan, build and review. Humans set the goals and keep everything risky in hand.
Where is it hosted?
In the EU, on our own controlled infrastructure — without US trackers and without external CDNs.
Can I get a site already?
Not yet as a paid service — the packages are in development. An exchange is possible any time.
